Membership
Our Monthly Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, (except January), at :
St Peter’s Anglican Church Hall,
corner of Parkinson Street and Watling Place, Weston at 7.45pm.
The meeting concludes with a light supper.
A classic car (not MG specific) ‘Lunchtime Natter’ is held at Weston Park, Yarralumla (first picnic spot on the right) each Tuesday from 12.30pm.
Membership Fees
Associate Membership $40 (to allow non marque owners to participate in motorsport events)
Single Membership $60 or,
Family Membership $70 (incl. spouse/partner and family members under 18 yrs)
MGCC Canberra has an environmental policy that includes a commitment to ‘…endeavour to off-set the carbon emissions that result from the use of members cars that are used in association with Club activities…’. For normal Club activities we do this by asking members to add an annually calculated contribution with their membership subscription. The amount is currently calculated at $2.50 per Club car. This contribution in completely voluntary.
The Club year is 1 July to 30 June. Members joining after 1 January pay only half the membership fee.
