  Guest Speaker. We are privileged to have Ian Olliver as our guest speake
 r at this year\'s event. Ian is well-know in the Canberra motoring communi
 ty and is the owner of Ollies\' Garage in Fyshwick. Ian\'s early interest 
 in cars began at his parents\' Caltex Service Station on Yass Road, Queanb
 eyan, as the very first business in the eastern industrial area of Queanbe
 yan. Ian and his two brothers immersed themselves in Variety Australia par
 ticipating in Variety Bash events through rural and outback towns througho
 ut Australia. Following Ian\'s semi-retirement in 2004 his vehicle collect
 ion took off in earnest, outgrowing the purpose-built home garage. So that
  enthusiasts could share their appreciation for classic vehicles, and to s
 upport not-for-profits, Ian and Tina Olliver decided to develop a showroom
  in Fyshwick, and so Ollies\' Garage was born. Parking. You are encourage
 d to bring your MG which will be parked free of charge in a reserved area
