Australia Run

To Queanbeyan Park

Bring tables, chairs, food and drink for a picnic under the plane trees.

1100 meet at Scrivener Dam wall carpark for a 1115 departure.

Travel out on Pialligo road/Oakes Estate road/ Railway street/

Uriarra road/ Campbell street.

Alternatively, go there directly around 1145. 

Just turn up no need to advise attendance.

Summertime Sunday Coffee Mornings

@ Poppy’s Café – Australian War Memorial



Beginning 21 January 2018, the club will have a morning run to Poppy’s café

These will be on those Sunday mornings

where there is no other club fixture on that day,

and continue for the daylight saving period –

ie till the end of March.

Just turn up at 0845 no need to advise attendance.

Enter the underground parking, park near the eastern entrance

and take the stairs to the cafe on the east of the carpark.

Drop off is possible on the road between the café and the AWM.”

Are you a visiting enthusiast? Why not stop by at one of our events or meetings and say hi!

Our Monthly Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, (except January), at :

St Peter’s Anglican Church Hall,

corner of Parkinson Street and Watling Place,

Weston at 7.45pm. The meeting concludes with a light supper.


A classic car (not MG specific) ‘Lunchtime Natter’ is held at Weston Park, Yarralumla (first picnic spot on the right) each Tuesday from 12.30pm.
