10th Wheels of Wamboin, in conjunction with Home Produce Markets.

The 2024 Wheels of Wamboin to be held on 20 April 2024 will be the tenth celebration of all things automotive. The first Wheels of Wamboin was actually held in 2013 but one show was missed due to Covid. It's quite remarkable to think that what started as a test it and try idea that attracted around 50 cars has turned into an annual event that last year attracted over 420 automotive marvels from many clubs and individuals.

This year, the Shannon's big green rig is back with racing simulators and the great upper deck viewing platform. Once again the Wamboin Rural Fire Service will man the gates and BBQ. Entry is by gold coin donation with proceeds going to the RFS, Possumwood - the much valued and local native wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre, and Camp Quality.

General public and spectators are welcome from 9am so it is best to arrive early from 7:30am to reduce interaction with spectators and organise the parking. Space on the oval is limited so if you turn up late, you may not get a spot! Parking is arranged in the order that you arrive, so if you want to park in a group, then you will need to arrive in a group.

The Wamboin Home Produce Markets will be run in the Hall with a wide variety of stalls and coffee available. There will also be an ice cream van this year.The key to the success of Wheels of Wamboin is the casual and easy-going atmosphere and the fact that the show is by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. It's always been supported by the Wamboin Rural Fire Service, the Wamboin Community Association, and held in conjunction with the monthly Home Produce Markets. All money raised goes to local charities.
