The final Monthly Run for 2025 will be an indirect and more interesting route to the Yass Railway Heritage Museum. This will coincide with their Artisan Market Day where some may wish snap up a Christmas gift or two.

Assemble at 9.45 am at the Scrivener Dam Car Park for a 10.00 am sharp departure. We will travel via Cotter Rd and John Gorton Dr before turning left towards Uriarra Crossing. On crossing the Murrumbidgee River we turn right and continue on Fairlight Rd until the T intersection with Mountain Creek Rd. Turn Right and continue until the T intersection with Wee Jasper Rd. Turn right and follow the route into Comur St, the centre of Yass.

At the intersection with Lead St turn left. The Railway Heritage Museum will be seen ahead.

I believe that reserved car parking will be provided for us to the left of the station at the rear of the building. The Railway Museum will be open for your interest.

Among the 40 market stalls will be some snack options and a highly-rated coffee van. Lunch can be obtained after a short walk (200m) to the Clubhouse Hotel on the corner of Lead and Comur Streets.
